Our villa is near Lagoona Resort in Gold valley, Lonavala. A 4BHK haven with private swimming pool, is nestled in the serene beauty of Lonavala, offering a tranquil escape for discerning travellers. Perfect for outdoor gatherings, relaxation, or stargazing on balmy nights. The villa's interior exudes timeless elegance, featuring meticulously designed living spaces and cozy bedrooms.

Bedrooms:
- This Villa boasts 1 bedroom, situated on the Ground Floor.
- 1 Bedroom on the first floor.
- 2 Bedrooms on the second floor.
- Every bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner.
Living Room:
- The living room has 7 seater sofa.
- A dining table for 6 people is also available within the living room.
Bathrooms:
- All bedrooms have attached bathrooms equipped with basic toiletries.
- A common bathroom is available in the living room.
Kitchen & Meals:
- Meal cooking is prohibited. Making tea, coffee, maggi, reheating food is allowed.
- The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave and water purifier.
- Cutlery and crockery are readily available to use for upto 12 people.
Outdoor Area:
- A private pool is available from 2pm till 10pm, the pool size is (18x10x4.5ft).
Additional Amenities:
- Inverter, Generator, Elevator, AC, Wi fi, Geyser, TV, fridge, water purifier, music system.
- Parking space for 2 car is available inside villa. Remaining cars to be parked outside at owner’s responsibility.
- Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests if required (upon request).
Other Important Information:
- The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract
insects and animals.
- To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and
windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house.
- The Access Road has gravel for about 100 meters.
TRUE FACTS:
- No DJ System Allowed.
- You can bring your pet for an additional cost of Rs 1,000/- per pet.
- Villa is in a Gated Society.
- Access Road has minor potholes.
Other things to note:
- Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM.
- 11 AM to 2 PM is dedicated to housekeeping. No early check-in, late check-out requests to be accepted.
- During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid
incurring extra charges.
- We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large
sound systems are strictly prohibited.
- Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are
not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such
activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for
smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors.
- Decorations are limited based on prior written approval in message.
- There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants
and youngsters while they are in the pool.
- Cotton clothes are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool. Only polyester/ nylon fabric clothes allowed in the swimming pool.
- Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not
liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
- Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs. All guests must provide id proofs.
- Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to
items is not the responsibility of the management.

- The management's decisions are final and binding.
- A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during
your stay will be deducted from this deposit.
- Guest cannot bring their own chef or Maharaj at the property.
- Deep cleaning charges applicable @ ₹1000 in case of heavy mess.
- Caretaker’s responsibilities: Housekeeping before check-in, inspection before check-out.
- Payment terms: 100% advance for booking. ₹5000 refundable security deposit at check-in.
Damage Deposit:
- A refundable security deposit of INR 5000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit
is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout
time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests.
Pet guidelines:
- Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. They should always be in company and control of Guests. Guests shall be solely and entirely responsibility to ensure that pets do not soil, spoil or damage Property, and other equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, artifacts, etc in the Property. The Guest shall be responsible for ensuring that the pets do not create any nuisance to neighbors in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to barking.
